I help people buy and sell residential real estate. I am a native Texan, father, husband, lover of football and a mediocre golfer with a mean, yet unintentional snap hook. I graduated high school in 1992 from Montgomery High School, located just west of Conroe, Texas. My first sale was in Cleveland, Texas; a $50,000 foreclosure. I have helped buyers and sellers in all areas and in all price ranges. My favorite client is one who asks all the questions they want while being open to all the answers I can provide. I am fiercely competitive, anxious for results, and always looking to ensure the transaction is built to look as if it were just too easy.
