1209632Since 2004, I have helped hundreds of people buy or lease a home throughout the Greater Houston area. I particularly enjoy working with first-time buyers and those who are relocating to our market. This allows me the unique opportunity to educate and share both my experiences and knowledge.  The more educated a consumer is, the happier they will be throughout the buying process.  I am patient, hard working, and, most importantly, honest about making sure you understand the reasons why you shouldn’t buy a particular home, and not just why you should. From 50k to 5 million, all clients are treated with equal interest, importance and attention to detail.

  • Townhouses & Condos

One of the smartest things a buyer can do is understand an area prior to falling in love with any one particular home.  I will educate you on neighborhoods, schools, trends, comparable sales and much more.

Understand the good, the bad and the ugly about new construction homes.  I will guide you through the process and shield you from some of the most common pitfalls and mistakes that buyers make when they buy a brand new home.

I work with some of the best Mortgage Bankers in the Houston area.  Our team of experts will help you make the best choice from a wide list of products that best suit your needs and desires.  You can expect the same type of expert service from any company I endorse.  I have had the pleasure of working side-by-side with some of the very best home inspectors, title companies, attorneys and contractors.

Here are some key pointers when searching for your next home…

  1. Only use to view homes.  Other websites like Zillow, Trullia, and even will sell your information.  I know because I buy it.  More importantly, is updated every 15 minutes.  Most third-party sites are very rarely updated.  Imagine falling in love with a home only to learn it sold 6 months prior?!  When agents list homes, they do it first on  After that it syndicates to dozens of other sites like Zillow and
  2. The Listing Agent works for the seller!  Texas law allows Realtors to work with the buyer and seller in the same transaction so long as it is disclosed.  This relationship is known as an Intermediary.  An agent who works as an Intermediary is not permitted to provide you advice and opinion.  You need a buyers’ agent!  Call me instead.  I will stand in your corner and represent your best interest, not mine.
  3. Don’t assume your bank will do your loan for free.  Work with a local lender who is available after five, on Flag Day and on the weekends!  Your loan officer needs to be accessible.
