The Harris county area has enjoyed a two year increase in home values.  Home sellers raked in multiple offers, and buyers typically paid more than asking price. It’s come and it’s gone. The fourth quarter of every year sees a slow down in activity and therefore a drop in prices. Buyers are able to negotiate and sellers are having to pay closer attention to their listing strategies while exercising patience and making sure they hire the right agent for the job.
